Hi am 28 years old. I have cervical nerve compression from 4 yrs. Symptoms are 1. While moving head down feel like some heaviness and giddiness. 2. Previously I have nerves shivering feeling near neck area 3. Pulling and pinching nerves on shoulders and also shoulders pain 4. Some times breathing problem also. I cnt walk for some time feeling giddiness. I had eeg test they said nerve problem. I used lot of medicines like clonazepam. Sert-25, benfomet, frisium, sert and clonazepam given relif for nerve shivering and breath problem. I dnt know what happened to me. Dnt know what exact problem. Can any one suggest permanent solution for this? Did surgery required?

You should go for checking of blood pressure. It might be due to increase in blood pressure. Avoid taking pillow under head while sleeping. Do not work constantly by bending your neck forward. Wear cervical collar during day hours. Consult me online for further exercise plan to get cured. Thanks.
