My male child who is 7.5 months old and 7 kg weight suffering from fever. When checked showing 102 degree F. What should be the dose of paracetamol. On the bottle showing each 5 ml contain 125 mg pcm. Thanks.

3ml is sufficient at the interval of 6 hours but not more than that... Another piece of advise.. the paracetamol only reduces temperature.. of the body but never cure fever.. plus it has many side effects including liver damage if used too often... So it is better to take proper treatment preferrably homoeopathic.. You may give him.. Arsenic Alb 30 tds of one day.. I would be able to assure the results if I had more details..
