Dentist will decide whether to remove the tooth or not. If you have pain then it can be controlled by medicines and puss removal from inside the tooth. Later on you can opt for RCT and cap. And if the tooth material left is very less then dentist might advise removal. Price depends upon the position, situation, difficulty to remove and varies from clinic to clinic. But m sure it will not make a hole in your pocket.
