I was out of town for 2 week. Came back to home town. When I was out of station I had viral infection which was cured by dr's discuss after 5 days (treatment have 2 antibiotics per days 2 anti allergy tabs. Then after 2 days I have red spots on my body .left and right arms, back portion. Now I'm back in my home town and having cold since 2-3 days. I think my immunity weaker then it 15 days back.(I have allergy from dust)(for that I'm taking cetrizine) Please suggest me how to Improve immune system. Because I don't want to take cetrizine as it fall me asleep for long.
