Hello- Both terms denotes the same disease that is improper erection of penis but at different stages. Erectile dysfunction can be of low grade, but impotency means a permanent limp in penis. Both the condition can be cured with the help of ayurvedic treatment, but the treatment time matters according to the penile pathology.
