Stop eating heavy oily n Spicy food. Take plenty of water and juices specially rich in vitamin C n Antioxidants like lemon, orange, aamla etc. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight by wrapping face with cotton cloth. Apply Haldi-chandan face pack (everyuth) for twice a week. Wash your face frequently with Aquafresh (Patanjali's soap) n apply rose water (plan) at bedtime.
