Hello doctor, I am a housewife and mother of 3 kids. I am a vegetarian. My height is 5 ft and weight is 69 kgs. I do walk daily for 40 mins and 15 min exercise. I am unable to lose weight. Pls help me.

Take Coriander leaves juice (made from 100 gm leaves) . Add sips of water to bring out juice. Now add, 1 lemon juice . consume fresh as first thing in morning . Take 4 small meals per day. Add more of sauteed vegetables , fresh fruits and soaked nuts as snacks. Avoid fried food, white flour, white sugar, bakery and processed foods.
