I am suffering from some Blood related problem like platelet still near 75000 and TLC is around 3200 What I will do to overcome from this problem.

3. Heavy alcohl consumption, Liver failure

1.Papaya,Pomegranate, milk,
2.Diet rich in folic acid like orange juice, spinach, chicken, Fish
3.Vitamin A rich food like carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato, 4.Vitamin K rich food like egg, vegetables, whole grain, organic bean etc
5.Consult physician for further advice and treatment.
