You need to follow a good diet plan and physical activity. Take out time and go exercises like jogging, running, brisk walking, yoga etc. Along with this you need to follow a few things like avoid cheese, butter, ghee, junk food, oily and fried food. You can include good fibres in your diet like oats, oats idli, cheela, vegetable poha, cheela, egg white. Do not eat paranthas and pooris, shakes etc. Have small frequent meals.
