Sir, my father age is 51. One of the dentist had remove my father original teeth & putted artificial teeth permanently in his mouth. After some day when evr he used to eat something hard. From inside of teeth its started paining to him.

If it is a bridge while doing tooth cutting may be pulp horn is near to it or exposed slightly in that case he may get pain go to dentist for check up if root canal is necessary we can do it and again go for a bridge then pain subsides if any food impaction or calculus is there surrounding artificial infection occurs and pain occurs.
