Hi. I have chest pain left side. After warm body its normal. I checked my lipid profile. Total cholesterol =182 ldl 124 hdl 36 triglycerides is 110 v. L. D. L 22.0 cholesterol /hdl ratio 5.1 ldl/hdl ratio 3.4 it is serious or not pls help some time tight ness in chest pls help me.

Your lipid profile is slightly deranged, but nothing to panic. You should start taking lifestyle changes like exercising daily for 40 -45 mins, quitting smoking and alcohol (in case you do), changing your diet to eat a healthy heart diet (consult a dietician for that). No medications are required at present, please repeat the test after 6 months and compare.
