Please start a proper exercise and diet programme from today only. Start with 15-20 minutes fast walk and you have to increase it up to 30 minutes walk morning and evening. Join a yoga class if possible. Stop eating deep fried food and soft drinks. Some good food options are suzi idli, poha,soyabean, eggs, pulses, sprouts, curd,fresh fruits, soups,oats. Lots of fluids. Lassi chhas watermelon juice. Coconut water. If you are eating large quantities of food then start portion control. Means eat a little bit less than your usual amount. Just remember that no excuse is good enough to avoid exercise. Follow this strictly and after 15 days start running .start from 1 km daily slowly increasing up to total 10-15 km in a week. Wear proper running shoes. All the best.
