Hi am 24 year old man, I have facing the problem of hydrocele I had developed a condition of swelling in my right testicle 6 months back Have gone under homeopathy treatment and every other report is normal just left with mild hydrocele. I do not want to go through a surgery at this age. Please suggest if any other treatment is available.

Hydroceles often go away on their own within six months. A hydrocele requires treatment only if it gets large enough to cause discomfort or disfigurement. Then it might need to be surgically removed.

Nothing to be done if mild hydrocele. Otherwise surgery is only option.
