Cervical pain occur when the space between cervical vertebra got narrow. And causes compression of nerves. Symptoms include syncope, while getting up from sitting. Pain in neck, stiffness, pain in arms, tingling sensation in neck. Medications like pain killeres, antiinflammatory drugs can give temporary relief. As there is no permanent cure for the same. Wearing a neck collar can surely help to decrease symptoms.
