Mangoes have high glycemic index, so it is not advisable to have mangoes if you wish to reduce weight. You can have orange, apple, papaya, orange, water melon. Try to folow healthy break fast, normal healthy lunch and keep dinner light. Drink plenty of water, have fresh fruits, high fibre salads and veggies. Do some some physical activity.
