I am 30 m married daughter 2 years I have regular pain in left scrotum from two months without swelling and some times in lower abdominal. Pain is mild or hard but tolerable I had consulted from two Urologist one Medical surgery and done various tests like blood sugar, urine,hiv, whole abdominal and scrotum ultrasound all are normal but a small spermatocele 3�4 mm in left epididymis I had also gone through homeopathic medicine .I don't understand the reason plzz help me medicine like niftran, diplocef, acetaminophen, ibuprofen are used doctor asked me to have sex I had tried I am hopeless ,depressed and confused plzz help me your suggestions can help me a lot.
