Just don't worry about weight gain right now and focus on eating right. Avoid junk food /cold drinks etc. Have more fruits and vegetables along with nutritious and wholesome diet prepared at home. Hi, Weight training in gym can create hindrance in further height gain. You can safely do body weight exercises and aerobics. For weight gain, your food intake matters. Take 5 meals (3 main meal and 2 small meal) per day. Have Fruit smoothie (only blended fruits) prior your exercise sessions and some protein snack (Sprouts/ chana/ milk shake/ egg/ chicken roll/ paneer roll/ soaked nuts or seeds / almond milk) after 1/2 hour of exercise.
