Dear Lybrate user. it's important first to understand that why you perceive your work environment as stressful. what are the causes of this environment. is there any thing that you can do to make it less stressful???. so pls think over these lines. secondly it's essential to enjoy your woRk. constantly perceiving it as stressful will not lead you to fruitful result. I totally understand that constantly being in same environment doing same type of work make it more monotonous. this again lead to more stress. so keep a check over it. is there something I can do to make it enjoyable. another thing is it will always better if I take a break from your work and go out on a vacation with your family. vacation can rejuvenate you. nowadays yoga training is available at home also. so you can also indulge into these yoga and meditative exercise. try to follow these, if things remain same then consult a counselor in person. take care

Try not to think about the work life when at home, keep yourself busy with your liking and hobbies while not on duty. You need to sleep properly (~8 hr per day), so prior to bed, I'd recommend a cold shower, half an hour of meditation with soothing music, try it, you can google for training video lesson for this before hand. Make sure to sleep in a completely dark room devoid of any noise. Try not to take any tea/coffee for at least 3 hrs prior to bed (practice it, it'll be worthwhile). Stay away from any kind of smoking/alcohol (if you do). If possible, early morning/evening go out for a light jogging session, you'll be feeling much better and refreshed if maintained in daily basis.
