Penis foreskin is Little bit tight when its in erectile condition the tight skin feels like a tight rubber band which makes my penis so much red in soft area. Besides due to tightness after erection completion I found some swelling n bubble structure for one to two hours. How to get relief from this problem. Suggest any treatment. I don't prefer skin cut because of my routine I font have time to rest.
