About Isolin 2mg/ml Injection

Isolin 2mg/ml Injection is a bronchodilator and heart stimulant used for treatment of bradycardia (slow heart rate) and heart block. It can also help treat Torsades de Pointes, Ventricular Fibrillation and asthma. It is majorly prescribed for the treatment of Adams-Stokes syndrome and heart blocks. Isolin 2mg/ml Injection is available as a Oral Solution, tablet, inject able solution and inhalant solution.

It should be avoided by people that have tachyarrhythmias, tachycardia, digitalis poisoning, or ventricular arrhythmias. Consult a doctor before its use if you are pregnant, or are planning to become pregnant; if you have coronary artery disease, coronary insufficiency, diabetes, hyperthyroidism; or if you are breastfeeding.

Side effects of Isolin 2mg/ml Injection include Nervousness, restlessness, insomnia, anxiety, tension, blurring of vision, fear, excitement, sweating and weakness. It can also cause dizziness, mild tremor, headache, flushing of the face or skin, nausea, vomiting, tinnitus, light headedness and asthenia.

    Isolin 2mg/ml Injection is used for treating bradycardia (heart attack) and heart block. It is basically a beta adrenergic agonist that results in high level of cyclic AMP thereby causing relaxation of bronchial smooth muscle and prevents the release of mediators of hypersensitivity from mast cells.
