This is called as shin pain its because of tightness of anterior tibialis, starch and strength of it. Use ice pack after walk.

Use pepper back rest. Use ls belt. Avoid long sitting and standing. Start back straightening exercises.

I have problem in my leg. It hurts when I bend. This does not happens on regular basis. But when happens hurts a lot. Please suggest something.

Start knee strengthening exercises on regular basis it will help you out. Got to physiotherapist to learn few exercises for knee pain.

Start walk every day. And don't stand and sit on one place for long time, avoid weight lifting. Rest is the best treatment.

Stat back straightening exercises. Improv your poster. Don't travel long distance in one go. Use ls belt during travelling.
