Know Different Types Of Infection And Reasons Behind It!

There are many organisms that live in our bodies and on the surface of the skin. These are usually harmless and do not cause any damage. But there are many organisms like viruses, fungi and bacteria that can cause infectious disorders known as infections. There are many kinds of infections that can affect the various parts of the body. These are generally caused by various things starting from contaminated food, to transmission from an infected person and more.

Read on to know more about the kind of infections and their causes.

  1. Common Symptoms: The various kinds of infections usually have common symptoms including fever due the start of the immune system's fight against the infecting organism, as well as cough, cold, chills, fatigue, loss of appetite, loose motions and pain. All these symptoms point at the presence of an infection.
  2. Types: As mentioned earlier, infections can be of various types. Starting from viral infections that come with the change of seasons with allergy like symptoms, to STDs or sexually transmitted disease that are contagious and can spread with sexual contact, or even throat, stomach and other kinds of infections that can occur due to ingestion of contaminated food, insect bites and much more; there are several types of infections that can afflict the various parts of the body.
  3. Indirect Contact: There are many surfaces like sinks, faucets, keyboards, tables, door knobs and more, which can carry and pass on infections through contact. This is especially true for public places including public toilets which are the number one cause of UTI or urinary tract infection.
  4. Insect Bites: Fleas, tick, lice and even mosquitoes are all carriers of germs because they fly from one contaminated place to another, feasting on dirty and contaminated elements. A bite from one such insect can cause infections. Also, if we ingest food on which house flies and mosquitoes have been sitting, then we are risk of contracting infections.
  5. Food Contamination: Continuing from the point above, food and water contamination can lead to the travel of disease causing germs into your system which can spread infection. This can also happen when you eat old food that has not been stored under proper conditions, as there may be fungi or mould growing on it.
  6. Direct Contact: One of the causes of infection includes direct causes like contact with an infected person or animal. Coughing or sneezing on someone, getting bitten by an animal, or even mother to unborn child - there are many infections that can be spread in this manner.

Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters.

Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 

1. It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 

2. Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 

3. If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 

4. The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 

5. Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 

6. Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 

7. What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Stay away from too much caffeine, alcohol, or a heavy meal just before sleeping. They only make you stay awake for longer and may cause heartburn or stomach trouble. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 

8. Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help. 

There is no end to all the things you can do to sleep well and comfortably. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual.

Due to increased tadalafil exposure (auc), limited clinical experience, and the lack of ability to influence clearance by dialysis, cialis for once daily use is not recommended in patients with creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min.

Normal water s it helps losing heat by evaporation whereas the cold water will make the heat remain inside the body

I am 24 years old. I have problem of premature ejaculation with in 30 sec. While masturbating. I started masturbation at the age of 14 yr. But since 4 years I masturbating very less. If I don't masturbate there is problem of nightfall. I have a problem of nightfall 2 times a week. At the early age of masturbating I have taken 15-20 min for ejaculation. But now only 30 sec. I never had sex. I feel always depressed. What I can do. I will do everything to cure this. I am a student, please suggest me economic treatment. I shall be very thankful to you for this.

First of all let me assure you that masturbation is not a cause for your present problems. If occasional masturbation helps you cure night falls then it is completely acceptable. Premature ejaculation in 30 seconds is a problem to look out for. This usually occurs due to stress and anxiety at your age. So practice relaxation methods like yoga and meditation. You can also learn and practice certain muscle relaxation exercises which help to relieve stress and anxiety.

Some times mere gale me khrash jaisa problem feel hota hai, 2 SECOND Ke lye phir theek ho jata hai. Kabhi khrash hota hai gale ke andar. Kabhi ear k niche or side me bhi chin chin hota hai. Ye kya problem hai. Please suggest me.

It can be due to GERD and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and take tablet panL before breakfast
