You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. There are matters to be discussed privately. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask privately. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hi lybrate-user if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, fried foods, processed food and junk food. A * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. For weight loss eat within the first hour of rising eat 4 main balanced meals a day and a small snack every 2 hours in between these (click here) exercise after a small light snack eat main meals after the workout hydrate yourself well, 1 glass of water every hour keep daily oil consumption to 10% of total calorie intake, i. E. On an average 3-4tsp a day all oils ate 100% fat, having the same calories. Even olive oil avoid refined sugar in beverages like tea, coffee, lassi, fresh lime. This is addition of empty calories on a daily basis stay away from artificial sweetner too. They are" artificial" thus the lesser the better. Say no fruits juices, smoothies or milkshakes eat the fruits instead healthy eating is a lifestyle, not a" diet" imbibe it.

Hi lybrate-user So here we reveal 10 secrets to have a perfect flat tummy: Flat tummy The simplest way to have a flat tummy is performing abs exercises regularly. Examples are- sit ups, crunches etc. Avoid having large meals. It is preferable to have small and frequent meals. One can keep away from bulky belly built, because of heavy meals. Avoid taking a nap in the afternoon after your meals. Taking a nap will relax your digestive system and will store all the fat in your abdomen area. One can start doing exercises like push-ups, pull-ups for one set with minimum 10 repetitions. Eat less sugar and sweets as possible. One can even make it to no sugars a day. Avoid sitting at one place for the whole day. If you are a sedentary worker then walk in your parking area during your lunch break after meals. This will help in better digestion. Chew your food properly. It is said that chewing your food 32 times keeps your digestive system healthy and also allows you to eat less food. Hi lybrate-user yes, why not dear friend. First of all go for walk or for running after that take 1 cup of green tea. Add poha, upma, toast, idli, wheat flakes, oats in your breakfast only 1 medium bowl kr plate. Add lemon water, juices sald in mid day. Avoid fat sugar and salt.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....
