Hi lybrate-user, the first thing which you should do right after getting up in morning is eat a healthy and wholesome breakfast (no lemon water, green or purple tea please this is because our bodies are at 8-9 hours of fasting when we get up, it needs real food to start up its metabolism (fat burning is also a metabolic reaction, which can't be accomplished without food). Eat poha/dosa/idli/paratha/upma/chila or anything you like to eat. You can go and exercise after that. Walk is no exercise if you want to reduce weight. Please run/dance/swim/cycle or anything you enjoy. Bear it in mind that it shoal be a bit challenging to your body. Start slow and be persistent. I would be happy to help you.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Dear user There are no medicines available which can reduce the size of breasts, at least with any proven result. Breast reduction is the surgical procedure done for breast hypertrophy . It is mainly recommended for heavy breasts or symptoms due to hypertrophy mainly back and shoulder pain, excessive heaviness and difficulty in playing sports. However , it is not a scarless procedure , but the relief obtained is tremendous and the results are excellent. Consult a plastic surgeon for this problem. You can go in for a private consultation where you can share your problems in more details along with the photographs also.

Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. I have read in one of the post/question on Lybrate that use of Lemon Honey daily on an empty stomach is useful for losing weight and many others. I Want to know that how much warm water I use for it. Hi Lemon Honey formula for weight loss - is just a myth... just like weight reduction pills and weight reduction belts. Such myths continue to spread because it gives a 'magical' solution to a complex problem. It seems like a nice convenient short cut which reduces all the efforts involved in running or gymming or diet etc. However it is not true. You have to realise that there is no instant solution available to this problem of weight. Actually weight is not the problem. Weight is the net result of overeating and under exercising. So we have to find solutions for over eating and under exercising. Once we aim for fitness and healthly eating, the weight will dissapear. You will feel lighter better, fitter, more confident. Go for natural solutions. Go for long term solutions. That will help you to live well and live healthy.

Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise like walking or cycling or jogging or any sport you love or yoga aasans for 40-45 minutes. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Thank you.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Your ideal weight should be around 55 kg. You can not reduce weight by exercises only. Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: a.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a.m) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a.m - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p.m) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p.m) – Daal, roti,mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p.m – 5 p.m – Cup of Green Tea f.Evening (4-6 p.m) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p.m) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal.

There is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. hello the best way to burn the fat is to cut the calorie intake and increase the body metabolism. calorie intake might require a consultation. increase metabolism either by swimming, cycling, running. start your day with 5 almonds soaked overnight and peeled alongwith an apple and green tea. avoid carbonated drinks. have seasonal fruits and vegetables avoid fruits like mango, banana, arbi. thank u

1. Dont eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened beverages 2. Eating more protein may be the best long-term strategy to reduce fat 3. Cut carbs from your diet 4. Eat foods rich in fiber especially viscous fiber 5. Aerobic exercise is very effective at reducing fat.
