Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself

There are many reasons for stomach pain and medicine should be given according to the cause of the stomach pain.So please clarify 1.The nature of your pain,whether cramping pain,intermittent pain,continuous pain 2.Any loose motions along with pain 3.Are you suffering from any constipation 4.Are you suffering from acidity or Gas problem 5.Whether your stools or urine are much yellow compared to one week before 6.Whether pain is initiated immediately after eating a little or few minutes after eating something 7.Any feeling of nausea along with stomach pain.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and at bedtime eat seasonal fruit.

Hi, sleeping problem can be solved with homoeopathic medicines. Take medicines as prescribed and your problem will be solved. Tab tranquil (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed thrice a day 1/2 an hour after meals. Coffea cruda 200 4pills to be taken in the evening at 7 pm, then after dinner and again before sleep. Daily. Revert back for further treatment.

Death of a close one is a always painful and difficult to overcome. Generally it take 6 months to one year in recovery but it varies from individual to individual. We always need to put an end to the grief and pain for our own wellbeing. If still you are unable to overcome the pain, that simply means the process of greif (talking out and tears) is yet to be completed. I would suggest you to talk to a friend, who understand your relation with the one who is no more or else take professional help of a psychologist. He/she will help you talk out, accept the situation and finally making easy closure of this painful event in your life.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn knee exercises. 3. Don't sit on floor 4. Wear sports shoes. 5. Wear knee cap. 6. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 7. Do Hot fermentation twice a day. 8. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Glucosamine supplement for one month minimum.

While your hair mostly depends on your genetics;  stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair health and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry,  etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in a while. You can also start with zinc and biotin supplements. Visit personally for evaluation and treatment.

Obesity is often linked with hormonal imbalance and polycystic ovaries; both of which can cause period irregularities. I would suggest you get the following tests done- TFT,FSH,LH,PROLACTIN and TESTOSTERONE as well as a Pelvic USG. Treatment will depend on these results but most important is to try a reduce weight by a combination of diet and exercise.
