I am 26 years old suffering from loose motion and stomachache from yesterday. I took medicine from medical store but still did not get the relief, Please advice me some effective medicine.

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 40 ml of DAAAIMAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water. B) take 2-2 tablets of rasonadi vati and sanjivani vati after meals C) Eat 1 tsf of flax seeds after meals, do all things for 7 days. This formulation is 100% effective. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Gargling with warm salt water is an effective way to treat a sore throat. Salt can even help kill the bacteria or virus causing pharyngitis. 1.Mix three teaspoons of salt (preferably sea salt) in two cups of warm water. 2.Gargle with this solution. Do not swallow it. Spit the water out after gargling. 3.Do this several times daily for one to two days. Also take Rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days Give me a feedback thereafter.

Eat healthy. And Exercise atleast 45 mins in a day. While working you could take a walk and talk to your college in a hour or two. Desk Job for a long time can lead to increase in weight.

Most probably the reason for your hairfall seems like weakness due to deficiencies.Please follow below given diet to reduce your hairfall. Omega-3 Fatty Acids Good for more than your brain, omega-3 fatty acids nourish your whole body. The essential nutrient reaches both the hair shaft and the cell membranes in your scalp, nourishing the follicles and promoting healthy hair growth, Plus, they add elasticity to your hair, preventing it from breaking off and ending up in your shower drain. But get this—the body can't produce omega 3-fatty acids on its own; whatever you eat is what your body gets. So dig in! The foods to eat: Flaxseeds, walnuts, salmon, tuna, kale, Brussels sprouts, rapeseed oil. Zinc Boosting tissue growth and repair, zinc helps keep your scalp and hair stay healthy. It also regulates hormones (testosterone included) in the body and helps maintain production of oil-secreting glands on the scalp that help your hair grow. There's no need to go overboard, though. I have black circles down my eyes since childhood. But when I grew they became much darker as if I am a drug addict or as if someone hit me in my eyes. Now when I accidentally have pimples under my eyes, they leave a scar tissue which never fade away. That is really embarrassing. I wonder what I should you? Is there some types of food that I should eat. Or is there an ointment or cream that I should put down my eyes? Or maybe the problem is something congenital and it wouldn't go?:(

First of all take blood test to know your hb. As when hb is low this symptoms can arise. I think you r anaemic start to hv more of beet and carrot juice. If you r having iron deficiency anaemia you need to change your food habits and add some medicne which help you with your problem. Use raw potato juice on dark area to lighten it. Eat well and take good sleep.

Being worried for the possibility of not having entered your roll number correctly could just be the time when you started to notice an anxiety state in yourself. From the complaints that you mentioned I do not have even a reasonable; e amount of doubt that you do have an anxiety disorder. However a diagnosis and form of treatment is better done after a complete evaluation and history taking.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc.avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet.
