My legs are paining a lot from last 3 days Only when I sleep. If I'm walking dn there is no pain What should I do?
According to my torso-Lumbar Spine AP & LAT (X-Ray) Report I have the following problem: 1. Bone Density is reduced 2. Mild compression collapse of D12 vertebral body is reduced 3. Dorsolumbar osteoarthritis 4. Osteopenia 5. My Uric acid is 11 Please let me know what should I do to eliminate my back pain. Thank you.
I used to go to gym before. I had an accident and broke my ankle and added up 15 kgs to myself. And when starting to workout after a long period I started with heavy weights and strained my lower back.
