Dear lybrate-user Its not advisable to try to clean your ear by yourself. Sometimes ear wax becomes dried out as becomes hard. While trying to remove it you might push against ear drum and injure or rupture it. Besides you may have other condition like fungus. If ear wax drop did not work is advisable to consult ent specialist Thanks.

Hello, Unless your body is not under a fat loss mode, taking whey supplements its just waste. Even if you need to take whey proteins, you need to ensure you are losing that extra fat from your body. Whey for some reasons is unfortunately used as an easiest weapon for weight loss, without actually having an idea how it really does to your body. Approach things with the flexible mindset and ensure you are just following a routine which is healthy, positive and cost effective.

Facial paralysis at your age is mostly due to bells palsy and you need to get it diagnosed correctly. Sometimes our facial nerve stops functioning due to unknow reason and one side of face muscles get weak. Usually the function returns in few weeks to couple months. During that time it is very important to keep these small muscles in face from loosing muscle mass (called atrophy) I can help with an exercise plan to strengthen the face muscles and improve closing of eyes, closing of mouth, smile etc. Keep a positive attitude and keep working at these exs. Check with a neurologist if any meds can help too. Good luck.

What's your last 2 fbs pp2bs level? last hba1c level? precautions you need is to regular followup as diabetes in long run can affect other organs. So get baseline serum creatinine, urine albumin, get fundus examination by opthalmologist, check your blood. Pressure, lipid profile for cholesterol level. And compliance to medicine and diet plus exercise. Consult me if any query yet.

Hi vitamin d is important for all mostly women, pregnancy, lactation, old age etc more required. For you take normally by foods like dairy products, organic protien based foods, egg, milk, fish, stem based vegetables, fibre rich all cereals, banana, curd etc.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days .8.Consult me for further advice

Dear lybrate-user you need to cut down on number of cigrattes. And if possible quit smoking. For detoxification ; you can take 1 tsp of amla juice and 1 tsp of alovera juice (dilute in 1 cup of water) empty stomach in the morning. Other thing you follow 1 cup of black dark coffee without milk onc cup in a day. Drink plenty of water and take fresh fruits.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.
