I am suffering from continues fever, from 27/5 to till this date. Body temperature droop and rise (98 to 103).
Take a warm or lukewarm bath. Start off by drawing a warm bath. Have the person suffering from the fever get in and relax while the warm temperature of the water slowly drops. Because the temperature of the water drops slowly, the person cools down slowly as well. You don't want the water too cool because you don't want to drop the body temperature too fast. Use a wet towel treatment. Take one or two hand towels and fold lengthwise. Soak the towels in either very cold or ice water. Wring out the excess water and wrap the towel around the head, around the neck, around the ankles or around the wrists. Don’t use the towels over more than two areas-- that is, use the towel around the head and the ankles or around the neck and wrists. Otherwise, you may cool down TOO much. The cool or cold towels draw heat out of the body and can lower the body temperature. Repeat when the towel is dry or not cool enough anymore to give relief. This can be repeated as often as needed. Snack on healthy fruits. Choose fruits such as berries, watermelon, oranges and cantaloupe. These are rich in Vitamin C, which can help fight infections and lower fever. They'll also help keep you hydrated. Avoid heavy, fatty or oily foods like barbecued or fried foods. Avoid spicy foods like chicken wings, pepperoni, or sausages too. Eat some soup. While you can have chicken broth on its own, you could also eat chicken soup with rice and some vegetables. Studies have shown that chicken soup may actually have medicinal properties. It will also help keep you hydrated. Make sure you include a good and easily digested source of protein such as scrambled eggs or chicken (add a few pieces of meat to your chicken broth). Drink plenty of water. Fever can lead to dehydration which can make the sufferer feel worse. Avoid dehydration by drinking plenty of water or an oral rehydration FOR MEDICATION CONSULT ONLINE IN PRIVATE

Bone structure doesn't change. You can get back the right proportion if you give equal time to every body part. And don't skip workouts.

I have dark spots on my forehead. They develop more when exposed to sunlight. How do I get rid of them?
1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.

Massage your scalp every night with a tablespoon of amla juice, a bit of almond oil and a few drops of lemon juice. This can prevent greying. Shikakai has always been considered a brilliant hair cleanser. Experts say that it can also prevent premature greying.

Rest lumps Swelling of Lymph Node My sister is aged about 40 years. She had a lump in her right breast a mammogram was done and then 2.5 cms lump with benign lymph nodes were noted. A quadrantectomy on right breast only was done and no lymph nodes were extracted. Upon HPE it was revealed that she has ductal infiltrating carcinoma. Then PET CT was done and no distant metastasis and no lymphadenopathy was reveled. However focal activity in colon wall noted. It is advised to undergo 4 cycles of CT and the breast only irradiation. Sir what would be the ideal procedure and treatment schedule. Is removal of lymph nodes and hpe of same again required or can we just go ahead with above treatment. I can send the reports if required.

We need to address the axilla especially for staging. 30% of nodes which are negative for cancer on ultrasound, PET scan and Core Biopsy or FNAC, turn out to be positive on sentinel node Biopsy. Ideal procedure for a negative axilla should be a sentinel node Biopsy and if found positive, then an Axillary clearance should be done. (some prefer to leave it at that if 1-2 nodes only positive or radiate the axilla) This staging of Axilla helps to decide the prognosis of the disease. E.g we may shift to adria based chemo plus taxanes. Also the ER/PR/Her 2 status determines the treatment needed I would be able to opine better if you send the reports directly.

Traditionally, baby massage with besan with little haldi used to be done to rid of such hair by birth. This is natural. No chemicals or drugs need be used. Usually such hair falls off eventually. Regards.
