Hello avoid sugar in your diet, add omega-3 to your diet. Do physical exercises regularly at least for 15mins. Don't worry, you will be good healthy.

1) Reshape-120. Once a day for 3 Months 2) Himalaya slim. Twice a day for 3 months 3) meals replacement power. U will get on internet. U can skip 1 to 2 meals per day. 4) gym, walking, running, strict diet control 5) Luke warm water with lemon juice and honey early morning.

Lunch salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk. For more details consult me privately.

Green Coffee / Green Tea, these are all plain health drinks and will not help in weight loss. Once body has accumulated fat, that can only be burnt by reduced calories or exercise or a combination of both. People keep looking for such shortcuts like Coffee / Tea / Garcinia etc and waste time, money and energy on such fruitless ventures. Till the time you keep looking for these short cuts, you can never lose weight. The day you realise that the problem is in the food and exercise, that is the day you can begin your journey to being fit and healthy.

Hi lybrate-user if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

1. No alcohol 3. No smoking 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5.30 mts walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. Do for 30 days and report

A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle.

Hi do regular exercise or physical work. Yoga like suryanamaskar. Daily walking 45-60 min. Eat balanced diet. Restricted in oily food, junk food, carbonated, sweets.

Hello, I'm a 20 year old female. Weighing 73 kg. Height 5'3. I'm overweight. I started gym from this June only. I'm doing exercises. Cardiovascular + strength. Please help me with the diet & tell how to burn more calories to reduce weight/fat. I've soo much fat. Nutritionist advised me to drop 15-18 kg & be on the scale of between 55-60 kg. If your height is 5.6-5.8 feets then you are having 8-10 Kg extra weight.Your ideal average weight should be 66-69 Kg.The ssecret of losing weight lies inside your mind and strong headed people can only loose weight.So be true to yourself and pledge from today onwardss that you will seriouly implement the below given step in your life style. First and foremost thing you can do to control your weight is 1.By saying goodbye to sweets in any sense whether it is in tea,Milk,Chocklates,Sweets, 2.Avoid overeating.Eat half chpaati les than yuour actual diet 3.Light Breakfast and Dinner but you can take slight heavy Lunch 4.Start a habit of drinking green tea 2 times daily with lemon and honey,Morning and evening 5.Early morning brisk walking for 30 minutes with deep breathing alongwith walking and KAPALBHATI PRANAYAM daily for 20 minutes. 6.Daily drink 6-8 glass extra water ( 1-2 Glass early morning empty stomach),2 glass milk and eat a fruit daily. 7.Try to eat a cocktail of fruit and salad chat instead of breakfat or dinner.Choice is yourss. 8.Take your dinner atleat 90 minutes before going to bed and a 10 minutes light walk i a mut after dinner. 9.Just always think in your mind about those good old days when your weight was 65-70 kgs .Set up an example for other youngster that onee day everybody in your circle gives your example and then see what a drasstic change YASH PATEL have in his life. 10.last but not the least,once again the ecret being,CONTROL YOUR MIND and HAVE A POSITIVE MIND SETUP.Everything is in contyrol of our mind and with its help we can achieve new heights but the real task is how to control your mind when something delicious,sweet,mouthwatering comes in front of you.
