Hello, I am 28 years old my weight is 73 kgs and my BMI is overweight. Every day in morning I am taking first warm water with honey and lemon. After 30-60 mins m having oats/ cornflakes with milk/ curd one fruit (apple, banana). Afternoon spouts, salad, fruits, night roti, dal, sabji, salad. Daily 30-45 mins m doing walk in evening. I want to know why I can not reduce my weight. Last two months I am following this above food. Can you please suggest me what should I eat or not or any diet chart for my weight loss.

There is always a proportion for food at every meal. Overeating or eating in excess can lead to fat gain. Looking at your diet record I see that there is too much of carbohydrates in every meal. Excess carbohydrates convert to body fat. There is no good quality protein in your diet. You have to use healthy oils for cooking. Drink enough water. And exercise well. There can other issues as well which may hinder fat loss like 1) hormone issues 2) water retention.

You are 21 years old, 5'11" height and 80 kgs weight sounds perfectly normal. According to me, you only need to tone yourself. Weight lifting and ab exercises are recommended for shaping your body. You should do a 15 minutes jog in the morning or evening. Avoid eating junk and oily food. Take more protein if you exercise.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Hi loosing weight at earliest is never the rt answer, you can loose weight with proper diet and daily excercise. Diet of almost 1400kcal /day and workout for at least two-three hours a day do not starve completely but proper diet guidelines can help you.

Honey has plenty of health benefits when had in raw form and not in a processed form. Honey is made of 2 sugars fructose and glucose. If you are looking at fat loss then any sugar will give a blood sugar rise and convert to body fat, but it can still be taken as 1/2 tspn in salad dressing or your lime water. Zerofat may not produce any effect or side effect. You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. There are matters to be discussed privately. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask privately. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Good to know that you have started gym. You have to weight train 3 times and cardio 3 times a week. You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, 1st class proteins like eggs, fish, chicken, whey protein powder, paneer, healthy oil like ghee, cold pressed coconut oil, cold pressed til oil, olive oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Medical Benefits of Tummy Tuck Surgery

Tummy tuck also known as an abdominoplasty, a tummy tuck surgery is a form of cosmetic surgery, which is used to remove excess fat and skin from the abdomen as well as tighten the muscles in your abdominal regions. Similar to 'mommy makeovers' (a procedure applicable after pregnancy, which helps women restore their figure).

Tummy tuck surgery is used to help patients treat that loose and sagging skin who have experienced excessive weight loss within a relatively short period of time. Although, it is usually done for cosmetic reasons, it does provide a large number of medical benefits, such as:

1. 2. Better posture and improved abdominal tone: Strong muscles tend to become weak after multiple pregnancies and extreme weight loss. In these cases, diet and exercise are not enough. Abdominoplasty surgically removes excess fat and skin thereby, tightening weak muscles and flattening the abdomen. It is noticed that after the surgery, the patients develop an improved posture due to the tightened muscles supporting the spine. This helps in relieving a variety of back pains.

3. Correction of ventral hernia: Ventral Hernia is the bulging out of tissues through a defect, opening or past incisions within the wall muscles of the abdomen. Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. You can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) Take 10-10ml of fresh lemon juice and honey before meal. B) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini rasa after meals…. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals… D) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS….

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Avoid soya products. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

For my weight loss I workout everyday 1 hour and I take proper meal but somewhere in the middle of the day I take a bite of something oily or something that can raise the calorie intake but then I suppose that . That little bit of something unhealthy would get compensated by my workouts . So is that fine to have a little cheat on diet rather than sticking to a strict diet plan ?

Take luke warm water before nd after meals. And u will cheat any one day in ur diet .... take any thing that day... take aloe vera juice with luke warm water early morning empty stomach... do brisk walk daily.... take high fiber diet , salad , papaya , veg . Juice.. avoid sugar....
