Hi healthy weight loss can be achieved through a combination of lifestyle modification and dietary changes, both well balanced. Have more fibre rich foods, fruits and vegetables, eat pulses like sprouts, have daliya and whole wheat and bajra, jowar etc rather than refined foods. If nonvegetarian have only egg whites and tandoor form of chicken and fish.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

The right way to reduce weight is making a balance in your diet and exercises both. Maintain your calorie intake to maximum of 1500/day and try to burn 500 calories per day through exercise the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat of the total diet should be: carbohydrates -50% protein-40% fat-10%

Sir meditate, you cannot do well in your son's life by taking tension, your health issue will increase due to stress and it will add to his life as well. So be calm and compose yourself. I am taking functional training from last 1 week.
You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Har roj subah amla juice 1 chamach, shahad 1 chamach, trifla aadha chamach aur haldi adha chamach garam pani mein piyo. Khane mein trifla guggul 2-2-2 bar lo. Paani 24 ghante mein 1,5 ltr hi peena hai. Also take capsule smart 2 bd.

What are the symptoms of thyroid and how to cure it and how to reduce the body weight.
Mr. Lybrate-user, thyroid is the normal gland in all of us. It produces hormone thyroxine, essential for brain development and functioning and also involved in various vital metabolic functions. Lack or absence of that hormone causes hypothyroidism and excess causes hyperthyroidism. So which are you asking is difficult to know. Common is hypothyroidism. This causes weight increase, slow heart rate, intolerance to cold, difficulty in speech, inability to concentrate, menstrual irregularities in women, dry skin and dry hair and hair fall, early fatigue and tiredness, anxiety and depression. Treatment is to take thyroxine tablets for life time. There is no cure.
