Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hello I have a doubt some body said to drink more water to reduce fat but on drinking more water it leads to increase of belly looks not good how to control belly and reduce fat?

Whoever said that does not know his facts. Increased water intake leads to more fat, according to ayurveda. So drink only according to your thirst. Maximum of 1.5 ltrs in 24 hrs.

Dr. My question is about my physical fitness. I want to know that if I want to lose weight e. G. 20 kg. How much should I exercise. In my whole day schedule I give only one hour to fitness. I go for a walk of 5 kms with a little jogging. I am pretty much confused about the timing because I come to home and after an hour to the walk I takes my dinner. So is it right or wrong. Do not set a goal to loose 20 kg weight. Set goal of exercising everyday. Every single day until you hit 180 days of exercise in a row. Some day you may miss, thats ok, but try to do your exercise first thing in the morning. If you do not feel like exercising just do a 30 second jogging and call it a day for that day. But do it every single day. And try to follow this simple tips to reduce weight focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. This is an integral part in losing weight at home and being able to sustain it. Pimples & pimples marks are very common problem in youngsters, treatment of pimples depends on the severity of infections which are basically in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming. If you want complete cure of pimples you have to be infection free, as skin have very little blood supply, so it takes little time to remove infections. If you will trust me, I can cure it but you will take proper timing for medicines and some precautions requires for complete cure, please upload its photo.

I use to drink milk 3 times a day. I eat 2 chapaties and a bowl of curd in the noon. But I can not skip my food at night because I feed my 2 years old kid. My age is 30 and weight is 75 kg. So please help me that what should I eat at night to overcome my weight and satisfy my hunger. At night I eat 3 chapaties with curd and vegetable. If I do not take this meal I feel hungry in the night.

Please don't worry take salads and fruits more before lunch avoid rice, oily food, avoid curd at evening do regular exercise like yoga daily and if possible go for morning or evening walk daily.

Hye. No single food in isolation can burn fats. Even honey lime will not help unless your diet is not planned well. It can help flush out your system and boost metabolism by a small percentage and that surely helps improve routine. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: limit non-nutritious foods, such as: sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages cut down on high-fat foods by: choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

HI…1) take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna before meals and on empty stomach in morning, 2) take 1 tablet of gandharva-haritaki at night before sleep along with warm water, do these things for 30 days, gives you good result, thanks.

Dear the right way to reduce weight is making a balance in your diet and exercise both. Maintain your calorie intake to maximum of 1500/day and try to burn 500 calories per day through exercise the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat of the total diet should be: carbohydrates -50% protein-40% fat-10%

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. You take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 4 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Go for an hour long walk every day. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP. hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss. it requires a cut down in calorie intake(under guidance of dietitian) along with exercises like brisk walking, jogging. cycling or swimming at least 5 days a week. take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. drink plenty of water. avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. include seasonal fruits and vegetables (gourds, bhindi, melon, watermelon, cabbage, kakri, cucumber), cereal-pulse combinations. take chamomile tea before going to bed. include green tea, jeera water, lemon water, diluted salted lassi. thank you

Hye. Firstly green tea does not aid fat loss. It can support a little in terms of metabolism and provide antioxidants. Also, the efficiency of the polyphenol or the antioxidant properties will alter on storage depending on the type of tea used. Most often the green tea available to us does interact with the oxygen etc and is best had fresh. If you are looking for health benefits, you can surely remove 1 minute from your schedule to dip a tea bag into hot water.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs & hips - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya company 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.
