Hello sir, I have a son of 5 month old ,i feel my child behavior is so irritating ,he is crying lot of time either day or night, he sleeps hardly 2 hours in day and in late night after 1 am, he goes latrine also in gap of 5 to 6 days. He is crying most time of the day & night that's why I am so upset. Sir, please suggest me solution.

You need to clear his bowel movements regularly by including soluble fibre foods, like banana mashed with honey, boiled apple with honey, guava jelly, etc for regularising his bowel movements.

Amount of water consumption should be proportionate to your body weight. For every 20kg body weight 1 litre of water consumption is required per day. So you require 3 litres of water consumption daily.

It purely depends on ones health condition. If the person is diabetic he should not be consuming that much quantity.
