Weight gain is muscle gain not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk. Products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking. both are interrelated. you may be having erectyle dysfunction and premature ejasculation. start drinking pomegranate's juices which helps growth, density, concentration of sperms and also helps erectyle dysfunction and premature ejasculation have nutritious food avoid alcohol and junk food. go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. do one or two yoga and pranayum like kapal bhatee for 15 min regularly. have lots of water by mouth. things will improve.

Hey. Thank you for your query. Weight gain is all about a balance of right nutrition and exercise. Here are some tips for you to get started: Eat a lot – This sounds much easier than it really is. Whatever you’re eating now, you should probably double it. If you eat three meals a day, instead eat six. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours, and each meal needs to be the size of a normal meal. This is going to be difficult for a few weeks, because you’ll often have to force yourself to eat even when you’re not hungry. Not just any calories though. Eat a lot of good things – You need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are GOOD calories. You could easily get lots of calories eating burgers and pastries, and drinking aerated drinks but that will just make you fat. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats. Protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts. Eat lots of this stuff, all the time. Carbs will help you put on weight along with protein, roti, rice, wheat bread, bajra or jowar, etc. Will help you put on weight. Every meal should have vegetables and fruit. If you just eat protein, your body will resort to using it for energy rather than building muscle. Just taking protein shakes thrice a day will give NOTHING. Unless you’re eating tons of good fats (peanuts, almonds, ghee, cream), good carbs (fruits and veggies, whole grains), and protein, you won’t be gaining weight. Keep track of everything you eat – input your stats and start to track every one of your meals. It will tell you if you’re eating enough calories, enough protein, and enough carbs. Compound exercises are your friend– Concentrate on complex, compound exercises that recruit as many muscles as possible. Appearance is a consequence of fitness – Concentrate on being really strong and lifting heavy weights, and your body will follow suit. Let your muscles rest – never exercise the same muscle two days in a row. Your muscles get rebuilt (larger) during your days off, so never exercise the same muscle before it’s ready. Sleep – you need to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains. Your body is doing nothing but lying there and building muscle while you’re sleeping. If you are only getting 6 hours or less, you’re not going to get all the benefits of your exercising and diet. Cardio alone is not going to help– Running long distances isn’t going to help you. If you’re going to run, do sprints or run up a hill. Keep your distance cardio to a minimum if you want to put on some pounds. Make it part of your routine. It’s okay to skip a workout here and there, but it is NOT okay for you to skip a meal if you’re serious about weight gain. You need to be always eating. Realize you will put on some fat – with all of this eating, you are going to be putting on some fat along with your muscle. That’s okay!

Hi, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Hi lybrate-user starting eating more chapatis and rice with butter or ghee. Take creamed milk upto 500 ml daily and also eat milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also take dry fruits daily like 4 to 6 almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Eat fresh and high calorie fruits like apple, banana, etc. And vegetables like spinach, etc. You can also take fruit juices. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 or 3 pcs, of chicken or red meat daily. Take salad with your every main meal. Also do exercises daily as it increases your satiety.

What time is best for surya namaskar. generally I do avoid in morning because I do walk 20 minute in morning very fast. Then 5 to 8 minute jogging. .so I do not do surya namaskar after that because it may make hectic to me. I do in evening. 10 set in a 10 minute. So it is right way? Kindly clear to me.

The best time to do any exercise is whenever it is convenient for you. Ideal time is the time when you enjoy doing things which does not disturb your routine. These days fitness centers across the world and India are open 24 hours and people walk in for exercise even at Midnight. So goes for Surya Namaskar. It is an all round exercise which helps in toning, strengthening and stretching. You can do it in morning or evening, whenever it is convenient for you. Just keep a gap of 2-3 hours after food, so that you don't feel uncomfortable. 10 sets in 10 mins is a good level and you can slowly try to add 2 sets every week. That will keep you fit and motivated to be more fit and energetic.

Hello, I am 26 years old male. When I was 22 and 23, my body was very strong and used to have good looking & strong muscles, and my skin was so fair. But now. My muscles (chest, shoulders, biceps, thighs, triceps, lads, back buttocks) are weak. Im not able do exercise more tym like before, not even 20 push ups continuously. Feeling weak. My strength and muscles d decreasing day by day. Please tell me the foods that give me 1.strong muscles, 2.fair skin, 3.healthy hair. U can start your day with a milk/tea/ coffee along with 2biscuits. Its better to take breakfast as soon as possible. U can hav idli/ chappati/roti anything of your choice. Hav a healthy snacks like sprouts/ salads/ fruits in between your meals. Take more veggies than your main course.in the night hav same as your breakfast. End your day with a fruit n cup of milk. Pls do a blood test for hb level, lipid profile, blood sugar, before procedding into a detailed diet plan. Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. So, first try to improve your diet before you decide to start any supplement.
