I am female 29 years old, we are trying to get conceive from past 3 months. My LMP was on 12th March, it is due and my MC will be between 28-35 days. Today I took home pregnancy test but the result was negative. However I am feeling a bit tired, had light spotting during my due date for 1-2 days and also feel bloating of stomach. What should I do, should go for blood test or scan immediately or should I wait for few more days? Thanks in advance.

I think the spermatozoa may not be enter in to vagina, after that you had a vaginal bleeding, any how better you check preg test to avoid unnecessary tension, if it is negative then you have to think about clots.

Yes sometime test doesnt show the positiveness. So test with the morning urine for confirmed diagnosis. And if it negative then take homeopathy drugs for regular menses.

Hello. Tightening of the vagina has many components and can be achieved by various methods. There are few kiegel exercises, intra vaginal creams, laser therapy, injection therapy and surgical vaginoplasty to name a few. The results of these things varies a lot and is better to be discussed with examination and your requirement with a board certified plastic surgeon. If any doubts, you can consult me onine or visit our clinic, Healios Intima.

Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne.Weight gain and trouble losing weight.Extra hair on the face and body.Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp.Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding.Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant(infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do.Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

I had my first periods when I was 14 and since then it is irregular. From the age of 16 I am taking different medications for that. Doctors say that I am a case of PCOS. I am 150 cm tall and weight is 60. I tried allopathic medicine first and was taking Metformin. I was concerned about the side effects and tried ayurveda. But even that couldn't help. Now my allopathic doctor is asking me to take meprate every month. No other medicines are prescribed. Is this the only way to treat PCOS? Am about to get married. I know that women with PCOD have higher chances for infertility. Is there any way at least to get periods every month? Please Help.

PCOD is a disease where there is hormonal imbalance. Depending on your complaints, examination, reports and stage of life treatment differs and it also needs more time so get yourself treated with patience. Meet Gynecologist in whom you have trust as you will need to go for long time to him/her. Overweight is very common so in case you have that reduction of weight helps tremendously.
