Your joint pains--- *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200---twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days

In ayurveda, Hypertension is referred to as Rakta Capa Vriddhi and it sees the vitiation of vata and pitta doshas as the main cause. Mix 1 teaspoon of onion juice with an equal amount of honey. Take once a day for 1 week. Upon noticing improvement, continue for several more days. Take sarpgandha vati twice a day. Yogendra ras. Akik bhasm works very good in case of hypertension. Avoid salty diet. Oily food. Lower your stress. Do pranayama early morning.

Sir today my cholesterols 136. triglyceride is 124. HDL is 83. Direct ldl is 77. Lipoprotine is 97. And before 2 month my cholesterol is 258. Triglyceride is 177. Hdl is 139. Ldl is134, lipoprotine is 144. Than from 2 month I take Rozucor 10 tablet. Now tell me the problem and solution please thanks.

I am currently 24 years of age. I felt palpitation in 2014. So doctor did ECG and reports came out normal. My palpitation problem did not subside and in 2015 again an ECG; Echo and holter was done but reports were normal. Now in 2016 I suffer from mild chest pain in left side. The pain lasts for maximum of a minute. The pain happens in 5-6 times a day. What should I do now? Please help me.

Your symptoms are due to worry, anxiety and stress. Anxiety disorders are partly genetic but may also be due to drug use, including alcohol, caffeine, and benzodiazepines (which are often prescribed to treat anxiety), as well as withdrawal from drugs of abuse. Diet: it is always important to watch your diet. You are what you eat. Eat what your body needs, reduce refined foods, processed foods and increase the amount of whole grains and fruits and vegetables. Eating small frequent meals goes a long way. Reduce intake of saturated fats; include more lean meats. Choose grilling and steaming over frying and roasting. Recommended foods - Healthy carbohydrates, Fiber-rich foods, Heart-healthy fish and Good fats. Foods to avoid - Saturated fats, Trans fats, Cholesterol and Sodium Exercise: Every week, make sure about 2 hours is dedicated to physical activity. This could include any exercise of your choice, brisk walking, swimming, cycling, aerobics, hiking, jogging, skipping, gymnastics, or playing games like football or basketball. While in most cases, the person can do these on their own, in some people, supervision may be required. Watch your weight: controlling weight to a desirable level of BMI of 18 and 23 is very important. Obesity is one of the predisposing factors for diabetes heart diseases, and reducing weight controls the onset of diabetes and helps the progression of symptoms in diabetics. Smoking: Another risk factor for diabetes onset, palpitation, sleeplessness. Quitting is the best option. If not feasible, reducing smoking and gradually quitting should be aimed at. Not just diabetes, the effects on overall health will be evident almost immediately after quitting. Stress management: there is no getting away from stress. Everybody has their stresses but the trick is to manage it well. Whether it is music or meditation or medication or counselling, make sure stress levels are managed. This also helps prevent complications like heart disease and stroke and promotes well-being.

You must show a surgeon before presuming anything. Breast examination is must. Then probably mammography can help removing doubts along with few test. Do not delay your check up due to fear it may turn out something bad. It may be just simple infection. Any problem of breast should be dealt promptly.

1. Limit intake of food rich in saturated fat/Trans fat/dietary cholesterol. Avoid saturated fat like red meat, diary product, cakes/cookies, egg yolk, butter, ghee, coconut oil. Use olive oil. 2. Take food rich in omega 3 fatty acid like fish (Salmon/mackerel/Trout/sardins). 3. Take handful of dry fruits like walnut/ almond 4.increase soluble fibers in diet by eating oat/oat bran/barley 5. Take green leafy vegetables/legumes (lentil/bean/peas) fruits. 5. Go for regular exercise like brisk walking/swiiming/cycling/ going to gym 6. Quit smoking/alcohol/excess tea/coffee 7. Reduce weight 8. Take medicine after consulting physician.

Dear lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation twice a day - avoid cold fluids, have more of warm fluids, water, tea, coffee milk, soup - have a teaspoon of honey in a warm glass of lime water on rising in the morning - take tablet levocetrizine, 5 mg once daily in the evening - take syrup Chericof, 2 teaspoonful three times a day - avoid exposure to cold weather, dust & smoke.

Hi, r you taking any medicine for hypertension under supervision of a physician? avoid, junk food, fried, spicy, irritant junk food, this will raise the cholesterol level to raise bp level. Go for a brisk walk in d morning. Go for meditation to calm down your stress level to ease bp. Take balanced, simple, easily digestible diet on time, maintaining calorie value from 1300-1600. Homoeo medicine: @ rauwalfiaq 10 drops, thrice with little water. @ arjuna q10 drops, thrice with little water. All d best.
