I am trying for pregnancy after 2 miscarriages. My gums told to reduce weight before next Pregnancy. My height is 154 cm and weight is 73 kg .i cannot do brisk walking more tan 10-15 min I don't have any thyroid issues according to my lab reports. But weight is increasing. Is there Any other test to take why weight is gaining? Are there any tablets or medication that I can take to reduce my weight?

For weight loss start your day with 1glass of warm water + ajwain and jeera soaked. Then have some breakfast like paratha or pulses (without oil and salt) In lunch try to consume more of salad and glass of buttermilk In snacks try to have fruit or salads In dinner more of salads and buttermilk. No oily foods, maida based foods, salty foods. Small meals and frequent meals. Plenty of water 3.5liters a day.

I am 21 years old and my problem is I am suffering from under weight. My height is 5.9"but my weight is below 46 kg.
According to your height your weight should reach around 70-75 kg. If you are non-vegetarian then start eating 2-3eggs on daily basis and if vegetarian then pulses, dals and cheese cube. If Non-vegetarian eat chicken or motton 2-3 times a week. Consume roasted chana 1bowl daily. Atleast once in a day eat any dry fruit. Drink plenty of fluid almost 3.5 liters a day. Take banana shake twice a day.

I am diabetic patient age 60. I'm suffering from diabetic problem since 10 years and I changed lot of medicines and now I'm using reclimet 500 mg morning and evening, istamet 500 mg at afternoon. My diabetic level is morning fasting160 and after eating food 200 bp level is normal. Diabetic levels are not decreasing .plz help me to maintain diabetic level .can I change medicine please suggest me tablets for me. please change my medicine for me to control diabetes and suggest me healthy diet. For diabetes you need to avoid sugar, jaggery and honey. In fruits you need to restrict banana, chickoo, mango, sitaphal, watermelon, sugarcane, muskmelon, grapes etc. Yo0u need to avoid deep fried foods like farsan and namkeen etc. In vegetables you need to restrict potato, sweet potato, yam, beetrrot and carrot etc. Try to consume more of salad, Vegetables, whole grains. Eat small and frequent meals. Do not consumeany of your meal heavy. Start taking fenugreek seeds whole or powder in the morning as it will help you keeping your sugar normal. Your fasting sugar should fall below 140. And after eating sugar should be below 180. About medicines you need to consult you physician.

I am male-61 yrs. I hv diabetes and also facing problems of water blisters (diabetic bullae) on my legs/hands recurrently. My wt is 79.8 kg, My HBA1C is 7.5. Need concrete diet advise by a dietitian to overcome problem of weight, skin diseases by way of water blisters. It would be a grt help to me. Pl revert years reply soonest possible. Many thanks.

You have not mentioned your height. For diabetes you need to avoid sugar, jaggery and honey. Eat small and frequent meals. Do not consume any of your meal heavy. Start taking fenugreek seeds whole or powder in the morning as it will help you keeping your sugar up to normal. Do more of yoga, breathing exercises and weight loss exercises under expert's observation. Your HBA1C should be 5 or below.

What to do.
First start with some healthy habits like stop eating oily, outside, preserved foods. Start eating home made foods only. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat more of vegetable and fruits. Do more of yoga, floor exercise and surya-namaskar. Keep minimum 2 hours of gap between meal and bed time. Start taking warm water in the morning along with lemon or fenugreek seed powder or green tea.
