Reduce ur work out. Otherwise u may get serious injury. Never ignore body pain. Take breaks. U can do gym 3-4 times a week instead of 6-7 times. if required u can try over the counter medicines available at medical store for pain relief

Healthy eating is always a secret to get healthy body. While some people want to lose weight, there are some people who also want to increase your weight. Do you think that the weight increase is very easy; only oily, fried and fat-rich food to eat and weight can be increased? but weight is not a healthy way to increase.

Six pack abs with increasing weight to get the best exercise to stay healthy is a challenge which is not very hard. Eat only foods that are rich in calories and nutrients which are present in the proper amounts. High protein diet increases your muscles and increases your weight effectively.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear, take 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of jeera (cumin), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of dry corriander seeds (dhaniya), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of ajwain (carom seeds), 1 teaspoon of saunf (fennel) and add some leaves of mint in one glass of water and boil it till the water become half in pan. Give the cat, one teaspoon two times in a day. Give two teaspoons of this drink daily for 7 days. This will improve her digestion & appetite.

The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. If cracking sounds comes with pain also .u should seek a consultation .if ther is no pain during cracking sounds than its ok. Improve intake of calcium sources and do stretching exercise surrounding knee. Thanks & regards.

Dear lybrate-user, regular exercise is required for all knee related problem, muscle strength is very important when it come to the stabily of the knee. I guess he will not be able to bend his knee to the full range. But one he starts to do strengthen, he can feel the difference.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Follow these usefultips for knee pain relief: * first check out your bone mineral density (bmd). In case of low bmd, your calcium level in body are low. So take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * do not do heavyleg exercises like running. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamind. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months. * if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.
