Cockayne Syndrome is a growth related disorder which is very rare in nature. The syndrome can be defined as a medical condition where, individuals usually have a very short stature. This means that they are very short in their height and the normal growth process among the affected persons is really slow. Additionally this symptom also leads to early ageing whereby people appear to be much older and weaker than their actual age. The identification signs of this disorder are: weight gain failure, inefficient body growth, abnormally smaller head size and underdeveloped nervous system.
