Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (osmf). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. You may have a yellow bacterial film called “plaque” that occurs naturally in mouth that can build up. If not removed it hardens to form tartar. Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. This is used after normal brushing with any paste. Then spread it to all your teeth with soft brush. Leave it for 5 mins or so. Rinse your mouth.

These white spots are caused by dehydration of the enamel surface of your teeth. Once saliva hits the teeth they will rehydrate and the white spots will disappear.
