It is B12, not B17. Milk and dairy product have highest B12. Take curd/buttermilk daily. There are tablets and injections available, which you need to get prescribed by a physician.

Please take natural protein sources like cow's milk in night before sleeping. This has no side effects in comparison to artificial supplements which may be financially motivated.
