hope you r doing well
pcos is a common problem now a days in ladies as due to our lifestyle and eating habits.
Keep in mind before starting any thing you need to stay relax and stressless, do regular following yoga and drink lot of water. Before and after doing yoga you need to drink 1 full glass of water and if the weather is cool drink bit warm water.
Some few yoga poses I will tell you can practice by your own early morning daily.
