breath holding techniques are plenty in yoga. Checkout kumbhak kriya and also bandhaa like jalander bandh etc. But before you start, pl do it under guidance of a trained yoga expert.

You can do self application of sesame oil everyday 45 minutes before bath. Just remember oil should be warmed and you should not have any skin conditions.
