Do regular exercise to get muscular body like push ups, plank, yoga etc. Eat small amount of foods but do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods, soft drinks etc. Use unrefined foods. Take watery vegetables, whole fruits etc. Use healthy fats. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water.

Dieting plans. Early morning when you wake up at that time for r 2glass of water, and in the brekfast you take easy digest the food for like idly. R dosa r upma. Afternoon lunch. 1 bawl vegitable. And 2rotis and sabji. And buttermilk. And 5pm you take fresh juice and dinner 8-9 same as lunch. And avoid oily food rice and sweet. Cold drinks you start for one month and morning walk also important and do some exercise or yoga.
