This is PMT. (Premenstrual Tension) It's quite common complaint from young girls. Don't worry. Drink plenty of water, reduce salt if taking excessively, practise some yoga or similar exercise, eat a balanced diet and sleep well and before 10 pm. You should be alright in 2-3 months. Otherwise see your family physician.

Do regular exercise,,do some yoga,,take amla juice,,avoid fatty food, spicy food,,take food in every 3-4 hrs interval,,with this u need proper homoeopathic treatment

U have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning
2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs
4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad
7. Avoid constipation
8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day

So many reasons may be there for ulcers. vitamins b12 and stress may be mentally or emotion. you can take vitamins tab. or regular exercise yoga and pranayama may help to reduce stress!!

AVOID SPICY FOOD AND JUNK FOOD,, EAT BOILED VEGETABLES.eat 4 to small meals in place of 3 major meals.

2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
