Start exercising everyday and eat only healthy homemade food. Have fruits and vegetable on daily basis. Take proper rest ( sleep 6-8 hrs sleep ) and relax your mind. Learn Yoga ( including pranayam and meditation ) from an expert and follow a disciplined healthy lifestyle. Do not take supplements without a doctors guidance.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
