There is no necessity of searching for TB at this point.
For fatigue and correlated problems lifestyle modification is recommended. Healthy adequate rest, yoga exercises. Keep record of body weight maintain a chart overtime.

The best way to boost your immunity is to take a multivitamin, a vitamin C and a fish oil tablet daily. Exercise daily. Eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol, nicotine and illegal substances.
