You can never stop stress from occurring. Stress like air is omnipresent around you. All you have to learn is manage stress and learn how to relax in times of stress. It is an art that you have to learn with practice. You may start with trying some relaxation exercises daily. Begin with simple breathing exercises for 20 minutes daily. Yoga and meditation are equally good options. Avoid artificial stressors like smoking, alcohol etc. Eat healthy, exercise daily, stay healthy.

Hie lybrate-user.
1. Burn it off. Go for a run
2. Sing. Doesn't matter if you have a bad voice, sing. After a couple of songs, you will feel good.
3. Eat ice-cream. That "when stressed, eat desserts" funda actually works. I kid you not. 4. Take a breather. Deep breathing is a great stress buster. 5. Have some water. 6. Take a cushion or pillow and scream into it. I'm guilty of doing it but it has worked.

Yes. You may take pain killers for relief from from body aches.
But its always better to treat the cause than the symptoms, if you are sure that body aches are due to overwork and stress, then restrict your work load to human limits and find time to relax and relieve stress with rest.

Dear lybrate-user,
Psoriasis is a chronic recurrent skin disorder. You are already under treatment. You know the treatment when it recurs. So be confident that you can take treatment, if it recurs.
Stress precipitates psoriasis. So manage your stress by relaxation therapy which clinical psychologist will help you to learn. Alternately you can learn yoga and pranayama from any yoga teacher. Do not worry about masturbation. Temporarily it relieves stress. Do it, till you learn other method...more
