Dear lybrateuser,
- Avoid fried, spicy & junk foods, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day
- also avoid gas forming foods such as dairy products, sour foods such as citrus fruits, Cauliflower, cabbage, raw onions, garlic, tomatoes, beans, lentils, pulses
- take tablet Pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast
- have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion.
- Avoid fried, spicy & junk foods, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day
- also avoid gas forming foods such as dairy products, sour foods such as citrus fruits, Cauliflower, cabbage, raw onions, garlic, tomatoes, beans, lentils, pulses

3. Chew funnel seeds or lavang, elaichi after food
4. Sit in vjrasana after each meal
5. Drink buttermilk with or after meals
6. Avoid over eating, eating in
between meals
