You are fit and healthy now. Continue with your exercises and eat healthy. Yoga is good for health. Don't be so much tense about issues like creams etc. Just use normal stuff based on whether its indoors or outdoors based on the time of the day. You can do Yoga any time of the day provided you give sufficient gap after meals. Stopping Yoga will not increase weight. If you are following something good. Then continue doing it.

I think you have got both the issues wrong. Shirshasan does not promote hair growth, neither does it reduce the effectiveness of eyes. All these are myths. Yoga promotes general well being, where as hair growth is effected by a number of factors like heredity, diet, exercise etc. Please visit an eye doctor and get your eyes checked. Eat proper diet and exercise properly. No exercise can do miracles, however sustained practice of Yoga / any exercise will keep you fit and healthy.

The low BP may be due to low sugar as you are going empty stomach and doing workout. It will be best if you eat something light like a biscuit/rusk with a cup of tea or milk and take water/juice rather than going empty stomach.

Yes, dear you can do light exercise during your periods for example light walking or other light cardio.
2) low-volume strength training and power-based activities. Due to the potential for an increase in strength during this time, including low-volume strength training and power-based activities is a smart move. 3) yoga and pranayam.
