In your young age, of 19 is dangerous to take sleeping pills as you ask and you need to relax the mind and do meditation and yoga for a good sleep pattern. Practice good sleep hygiene. You can also start doing exercise and reading and listening to music and turn off all the lights and phone while going to bed.
