Avoid seeing smart phones till late night. Wake up early in the morning. Do not sleep in afternoon. Eat healthy diet nuts ,fruits ,vegetables ,fiber diet. Do not take oil food too much. Have water at least 4 litres. Take tablet B complex daily one in morning after food .u will be alright.

3. Regular meditation/ yoga
4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime
6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes 8. Avoid watching tv and reading news paper at bedtime, you can listen some soft music.

1.Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning

Boil 1 tablepoon rose petal in 1 cup of water for 2 minutes, let it cool. Add 1/2 teaspoon of rock candy(Mishri) to it and drink twice a day to uplift your mood. and donot suppress ur feeling. Be expressive.
Take one teaspoon of asparagus powder with half a teaspoon of honey twice a day along with warm milk,
Take one teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with a spoon of pure ghee.
Follow up after 1week.
Do pranayam and join yoga classes early morning.

Exercise like stretching
swimming regularly
yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana.
play Basket ball regularly.
Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet.
*Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk.
1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well.
