For skin:
What kind of skin problem? Type of eruptions/ discolouration? Any itching/ burning/ oozing from it? Since when it is there? Any family history? Where exactly it is (location)? It would be better if you can share a clear photo of the affected area for proper treatment to be started.
For oily/ Pimpled skin:

Warm water for drinking,
proper diet,
walk for 45 minutes in the morning,
regular exercise,
do yoga ,pranayam daily,
avoid foods kept in friedge,
avoid oily, spicy ,fast, bakery foods,
avoid sleeping after food,
avoid excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks,
avoid overeating,
Take dinner in half quantity of lunch.
