Hi Take ½ glass of carrot juice + Add ½ glass of spinach juice + Mix well + Drink this juice to cure headache
1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1_1 twice a day. Take shirshooladi vajra ras twice a day with honey. Avoid tea and coffee.

1. Do steam inhalation 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule
2. Put otrivin nasal drop one thrice daily
3. Take a course of antibiotic after consulting doctor
4. If you are suffering from chronic sinusitis, take plain xray pns/ct scan of pns or nasal endoscopy after consulting ent specialist to confirm diagnosis
5. If you are having recurrent symptoms, you may have to undergo endoscopic sinus surgery.

Avoid exposure to cold. avoid cool drinks or frozen food. do not sit infront of aircooler/AC. these things will prevent collection of secretions in the sinuses. Have regular steam inhalation adding vicks in to that will help. learn from some yoga master the technique of jalaneti and sutraneti which will clean the nasal passage physically. always sit in a well ventilated room etc., will help reduce in the sinusitis

NO , IF YOU DO UNPROTECTED SEX THEN IT CAN HAPPEN ALSO SO Regular exercise and yoga should be done. Deep breathing exercises also help diet modification by avoiding fried junk processed canned and denatured foods.Massaging of the body especially the genital areas with herbal oils acts as an aphrodisiacs. you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be migraine headache
kindly follow advises given below:
you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day)
2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day
3. Get check eyes for refractive error
4. We need to go for ENT eval...more
