Avoid exposure to cold. avoid cool drinks or frozen food. do not sit infront of aircooler/AC. these things will prevent collection of secretions in the sinuses. Have regular steam inhalation adding vicks in to that will help. learn from some yoga master the technique of jalaneti and sutraneti which will clean the nasal passage physically. always sit in a well ventilated room etc., will help reduce in the sinusitis

NO , IF YOU DO UNPROTECTED SEX THEN IT CAN HAPPEN ALSO SO Regular exercise and yoga should be done. Deep breathing exercises also help diet modification by avoiding fried junk processed canned and denatured foods.Massaging of the body especially the genital areas with herbal oils acts as an aphrodisiacs. Have a good luck. CONSULT IN PRIVATE FOR BETTER ADVICE.

Normal pulse rate is 70-80 per min. But your pulse rate is 109 per min. Which is high. This sinus tachycardia may be due to cardiac arrhythmias. Please consult a cardiologist for further management at the earliest.

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be migraine headache

All r life style disorder. U need to do some changes in your life style. But for now you need to take medicines.

1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.
